Giving Back to the Community

Amiguitos has partnered with CCS (Child Care & Learning Services) to provide subsidies and educational opportunities for families who meet income requirements. The mission is to provide these families opportunities for high quality child care. Currently, we serve 6 families in the CCS program.

At our institution, we hold a dedicated promise to cater to every student, ensuring their utmost well-being. Additionally, we stand firmly behind our exceptional teaching faculty by furnishing them with a range of valuable advantages. Our teachers enjoy exceptional benefits, encompassing, yet not confined to: subsidized or free child care for eligible team members, health coverage encompassing vision, medical, and dental, a simplified IRA plan, and T.E.A.C.H. scholarships tailored to aid educators in achieving their CDA certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degrees, among other offerings.

Our commitment to excellence extends to providing our educators with pedagogical trainings and resources at no cost to our teachers.  By fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange, we aim to empower early childhood professionals to create nurturing and inclusive environments that optimize the growth and development of every child.
